The property has a sense of expanse and serenity that is larger in feel than it’s actual size. Outdoor shower, beach grass and decking provide many different looks. Please note that boats on site to be used as props must be optioned and incur additional fees. House is approx. 750 sq. Feet on 1/2 acre that feels much larger. Rules and regulations apply.
